Fifteen minutes on the phone. You tell me the grade, the subject and what is going wrong. I tell you honestly whether I can help.
I match a tutor
Your child gets one tutor who stays with them for the term, so nobody has to be caught up every week.
You book the hours
Open your account, see when your tutor is free, and book the times that fit your week. Change them yourself whenever you need to.
You read the summary
After every session you get what was covered, how it went, what to practise and what comes next. In English and Chinese, both in the same email.

Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and the session goes straight back into your balance. Cancel inside 24 hours and it is used, because your tutor has already held that hour for your child.
